Equity-Informed School Climate Assessment (E.I.S.C.A.) Full Report

Springer Encyclopedia Article
At the request of our community partners, Edward Clapp from Project Zero, Harvard Graduate School of Education and Janine de Novias from the University of Delaware, we drafted an article focusing on “Educational Innovation and Equity” for the Springer Encyclopedia. Our article examines racial equity in education, specifically the institutional barriers faced by schools, teachers, and students in the American education system.
