Cesar’s career has been dedicated to dismantling racism and bringing about social change. He is a team-builder, curriculum developer, speaker, and facilitator, with excellent communication and evaluation skills. After serving as Associate Director of Enforcement and Investigations for the National Fair Housing Alliance in Washington, DC, he is returning to Hartford. In Hartford, he previously worked at Connecticut Fair Housing Center and currently serves on the boards of other justice organizations. Cesar is committed to empowering our region’s youth and working collaboratively to transform their schools into equitable learning environments.
In his free time, Cesar enjoys walking his dog, Miles, with his partner, Matthew. He likes to explore the neighborhood and eat his way through the delicious variety of restaurants in the area. Cesar is on a journey to re-imagine and create a world and a society that values and maintains racial and social justice.
