We are a team of trainers, facilitators, and visionaries who help to create space where other people can understand and challenge systemic racism and oppression. We develop and collect stories, believe and affirm narratives, collectively envision a more equitable future, and co-create theories of action to accomplish our goals.

RE·Center also employs several trained per-diem facilitators who help us with a range of projects.

Along with our full-time staff and trained per-diem facilitators, RE-Center also engages racial equity consultants who partner with us on long-term external projects.
