Wendy has over 20 years of experience advising organizations on strategy, organizational development, culture alignment, and navigating change. In launching her own firm, Moon Shadow Consulting, in 2017, she continues her advisory work through an equity lens. In addition to her professional work and personal volunteer activities for social justice, she is thrilled to lend her expertise to RE·Center as a member of the Board. She strongly believes changing our educational system is fundamental to changing society.

Her keen interest and desire to create environments where people feel visible and whole started at a young age. She grew up in a family whose core values and behaviors centered on fairness and respect for all, having been passed on from one generation to the next. Wendy gets inspiration through the laughter and love she shares with her husband and two sons, hiking with her dogs, biking on back roads, and practicing yoga.
